Daily Doodle #30 Final

It’s hard to believe it’s been a month since I started my ‘daily doodle challenge’. It was a challenge, too. But it was also an extremely rewarding experience. In that month I’ve discovered I can be more creative, I can get more work than I ever imagined completed by doing just a little every day and, perhaps most importantly, my drawing skills have improved substantially. But everything has its finishing point, so this will be the last of my ‘daily doodles. I find that blogging every day takes up time that would be better spent in my sketchbooks. I will still be drawing every day, however, and I will still be posting regularly (just not every day).

I would highly recommend anyone to take up this type of challenge. It’s surprising what you find out about yourself, your limitations and your potential.

Today’s ‘daily doodle’ is below.

I am happy for you that you accomplished your goal.
I will miss seeing your art each day but I do understand about time :)

    1. Hi, Jan. Thank you for commenting. If I could still post every day, I would. But I need to focus on productivity.

  2. that's right the experience is important, so I've done it for half a year and then stopped because the time took too much and could be freed again. Your doodle pictures are really getting better and also the color selection.
I wish you continued enjoyment in drawing.
    Have a beautiful Week

    1. Hi, Elke. Thank you for commenting. Past experience has taught me that one can get so wrapped up in blogging that nothing else gets done. I've reached my goal and need to move forward.
