Not Enough Time In The Day

I didn't have a lot of time to concentrate on art this week. I am primarily a writer, and I've been focusing my latest writing project. It's something I've been planning for a while and now that I've started I'm determined to finish it. Creativity takes many forms and as long as I'm doing something creative I'm happy enough.

I did manage one drawing that I'm quite happy with however, so that's what I'm posting for this week's Paint Party Friday.

Oh, I nearly forgot. It's an ink drawing so I'm labeling it  #Inktober  #Inktober 2017.

Hope you like it and have a great weekend.

  4. I love the detail in your ink pieces! You must have a lot of patience ... It's frustrating not having enough time, but it's good that you can find an outlet for your creativity in your writing.

    1. Thank you, denthe. They do take quite a bit of time, but when I'm drawing I don't notice the time go by.

  5. I love the flowers in this. The line work is so fresh and calm. I definitely like the texture you've built up by repeating the motif in the background.

    Great work.

    Best wishes,
    Liz
